The Learning Design Summer Camp will take place in person and online on July 16, 2025. This event is designed to engage participants in active learning and social environments, and we need your help to make it a success! Share your creativity and expertise by leading a 45-minute session in the format of your choice: presentation, workshop, discussion, panel, poster, or another format.
Whether you are new to Learning Design Summer Camp or have presented in the past, proposals for all types of presentations are welcome! This is your chance to share what you’ve presented at other learning design conferences in 2024–2025, deliver one of your first presentations, or lead a discussion on a topic of your choosing with your colleagues in the Penn State learning design community.
You can choose to lead your session in person or remotely via Zoom—both options are welcome. Each session will accommodate both in-person and online participants, creating a hybrid learning experience. A facilitator will be assigned to assist with the remote component, such as monitoring the chat and supporting online attendees.
Submit your proposal here by Friday, May 30, at 5:00 pm.
When: Wednesday, July 16, 2025
Where: On-Campus and Online through Zoom
Camp Registration is open until July 1, 2025
